Autoimmune Vaccine Damage in Cats and Dogs Indicates Grave Danger to Humans

More than enough information exists to document that vaccination adjuvants are devastating our pets' health. Thyroids are devastated. Cancers develop at the site of vaccinations. Kittens develop antibodies to their own kidneys as a result of adjuvanted distemper vaccination. Connections have been made between vaccinations in pets and cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, thryoid disease, and epilepsy.

Yet, adjuvants are routinely used in human vaccinations, and no one in the medical world seems to be moved to even consider the idea that the practice is risky. Cats and dogs lead much shorter lives than humans. We're seeing an epidemic of autoimmune disorders in our pets, many of which have clearly been associated with adjuvanted vaccine. Are we headed for the same thing?

Adjuvant/Rheumatoid Arthritis in Mice

Adjuvant arthritis is a disease in mice that's much like rheumatoid arthritis in humans. In mice, the disease is induced by injection of vaccine adjuvants. They're then studied for research on human rheumatoid arthritis because it appears to be virtually the same disorder.

Adjuvant/rheumatoid arthritis in mice is induced by injection with Complete Freund's Adjuvant, which contains a substance that is normally found throughout the human body—collagen. This particular adjuvant is not legal for use on humans in the United States. Of course, neither is squalene, as it's never been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), though it's used in several swine flu vaccines currently being administered.

Research is currently being done to produce a vaccine against rheumatoid arthritis in humans. The experimentation proceeds on mice with adjuvant-induced arthritis. (No, the madness never ends.)

A single injection of the adjuvants pristane, Incomplete Freund's Adjuvant, or squalene into mice produces autoantibodies related to lupus. That is, a single injection of any of these adjuvants can cause lupus in mice.

What Drives Adjuvant Use in Vaccinations

Very few live virus vaccines are used today. The most significant reason is the potential of mutation into more virulent diseases. This is not a science fiction fantasy, but has happened recently in Africa. In an attempt to save money, Nigerian children have been given live polio vaccines. The result is a new, highly contagious, and virulent form of polio.

Therefore, killed and recombinant viruses are used, often not including whole viruses, but only proteins. As a result, these vaccinations are far less effective, often to the point of uselessness. In an attempt to increase the likelihood of the vaccination working, adjuvants are added. They can increase the body's immunological response. They can also increase the response to other materials injected with the vaccine, including the adjuvants themselves.

It's clear that any claims of safety based on an adjuvant's being a substance that's natural to the body is, at best, mistaken. It is precisely this that makes them dangerous.

Types of Adjuvants

A huge array of things can be, and are, used as adjuvants. These include:

• Oil emulsions,such as
  • Freund's (both complete and incomplete)—made from emulsified oil
  • Arlacel A—a surfactant that is derived from lung tissue
  • Mineral oil
  • Emulsified peanut oil derivative, called adjuvant 65
• Mineral compounds, such as
  • Aluminum phosphate
  • Aluminum hydroxide (alum)
  • Others have been used, but found less effective than alum.
• Bacteria and their components:
• Bordetella pertussis—the cause of whooping cough
• Corynebacterium granulosum—believed to stimulate the immune system to fight cancer.
• Lipopolysaccharide—known to induce fever when introduced to the body.
• Mycobacterium—tuberculosis bacterium
• Cholera toxin
• Liposomes
• Immunostimulating complexes
• Squalene—used by the body in the manufacture of cholesterol. This is the likely cause of Gulf War syndrome, which has left soldiers (both deployed to Iraq and not deployed) with:
  • Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (the disease suffered by Stephen Hawking)
  • Anemia
  • Aphthous ulcers (chancre sores)
  • Arthritis
  • Body hair loss
  • Diarrhea, chronic
  • Dizziness (vertigo)
  • Elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate
  • Fevers, low grade
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Fatigue, chronic
  • Headaches, chronic
  • Lupus erythematosus
  • Lymphadenopathy
  • Memory loss
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Neuropsychiatric problems
  • Rashes
  • Reynaud's syndrome
  • Seizures
  • Sjorgren's syndrome
  • Skin lesions that don't heal
  • Thyroid problems
  • Night sweats
  • Weakness

Vaccine Studies of Dogs and Cats

Vaccinated cats in Hawaii have lower rates of fibrosarcoma than cats elsewhere in the United States. The reason is understood to be the lack of rabies vaccinations there.

Viruses for feline distemper vaccines are grown in a culture of feline kidney cells. A Colorado State University study has shown that kittens develop antibodies to their own kidneys after receiving distemper vaccinations. This results in chronic inflammation of the kidneys, which is a known precursor of feline chronic renal failure (CRF).

Fibrosarcomas are cancers of connective tissues. These cancers have been associated with vaccine injection sites. An already virulent disease, vaccine-related sarcomas have an even graver prognosis. The only known treatment is amputation of the body part.

A study conducted at Purdue University, funded by a the John & Winifred Hayward Foundation, produced dramatic results on dogs showing a clear connection between vaccinations and autoantibodies to many of their own biochemicals, including fibronectin, laminin, DNA, albumin, cytochrome C, cardiolipin and collagen. Catherine O'Driscoll describes it this way:

This means that the vaccinated dogs—but not the non-vaccinated dogs—were attacking their own fibronectin, which is involved in tissue repair, cell multiplication and growth, and differentiation between tissues and organs in a living organism.

• Laminin is involved in many cell activities, "including the adhesion, spreading, differentiation, proliferation and movement".
• Cardiolipin antibodies are found in people with lupus erythromotasus and other autoimmune disorders.
• About one-fourth of the body's protein is collagen, providing structure, protecting and supporting soft tissues, and connecting them to the skeleton. A significant number of dogs develop mobility problems after vaccinations.
• Dr. O'Driscoll's greatest concern is that vaccinated dogs developed antibodies to their own DNA.

Human Implications

The connection between vaccine adjuvants and a host of chronic, debilitating, and life-destroying autoimmune disorders is obvious through their effects on lab mice and our animal companions. We've had a warning about squalene with Gulf War Syndrome. The only question is: When will our medical system pull its head out of the sand and acknowledge the risks associated with vaccines? Until then, how is it possible to assume anything other than the profit motive for continuing to vaccinate our children?

We're already hearing of an epidemic of cancer. Multiple sclerosis is a disease most of us hadn't even heard of until about 20 years ago. The same is true of autism. Diabetes and asthma are rampant in children. Something is going on! We have information that strongly suggests one factor is vaccinations.

Unfortunately, we have an entrenched medical system that is focused on profits. This is true not only in the US, but also in countries with single-payer systems. Big Pharma makes obscene profits from vaccinations—and doctors do, too. They garner fees for both the application and office visits, not to mention the opportunity they provide to find things wrong, so you'll have to return again and again. And, of course, with the epidemics of eczema, asthma, and diabetes in children, that's just what happens.

Perhaps the doctors are blind, but if so, it's a willful blindness. They are privy to all the information in this article and far more, if they'd only read it. But, when a man's paycheck is affected, don't expect him to open his eyes to information that might shrink it.
