This is World Homeopathy Awareness Week. In its honor, here are two brief videos of lives restored through the use of homeopathy. First, though, let me tell you my own story. I'm alive because of homeopathy after nearing death from an iatrogenic illness, arachnoiditis. It's an illness with no treatment, other than managing pain—and even that reaches the point of being uncontrollable. It's a nightmare of debilitation and loss of everything that makes you who you are, with nothing left inside your skin but pain—and even your skin hurts. Out of desperation, I went to a homeopathist. Like so many, I thought it was silly—but when someone who loves you asks you to at least try it, when that someone is in emotional pain equivalent to your own physical pain from watching what's happening to you...well, I agreed. The first thing I said to the homeopathist was, "I think this is nonsense." Her response was, "I don't care." The result was that I'm here, several years later, celebrating World Homeopathy Awareness Week...and asking even the skeptics to take a look at these little videos with open minds.
