Fetal Immune System Welcomes Invaders: Explanation for Miscarriages and Asthma?

The fetal immune system has been treated as nothing more than an undeveloped adult one—one that needs to be supplemented with vaccinations. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Modern medicine's view of the relationship between a fetus and its mother has been turned upside down by scientists who have discovered that the fetal immune system welcomes invaders. The generally accepted notion that it was simply an immature form of an adult's is completely backwards. This false idea is being used to sell vaccinations in pregnant women to protect their babies.

As is so often the case, the hubris of modern medicine is laid bare. Its presumptions, so often babbled about as if they'd been proven, are shown to be nothing more than fabrications. It should come as no surprise that recent reports document an increase in miscarriages after influenza vaccinations.

The adult immune system attacks anything that it doesn't recognize. The fetal immune system does the opposite: it welcomes anything unknown. The logic is obvious. By welcoming the unknown, the fetal immune system accepts anything that crosses the placenta from the mother's blood system, and it also accepts new tissues and organs as they develop.

The research was performed by University of California - San Francisco (UCSF) researchers. A co-author of the paper, Joseph M. McCune, MD, PhD, Professor, UCSF Division of Experimental Medicine, stated:

In the fetus, we found that there is an immune system whose job it is to teach the fetus to be tolerant of everything it sees, including its mother and its own organs. After birth, a new immune system arises from a different stem cell that instead has the job of fighting everything foreign.

The authors also found that 70% of the fetal immune system's cells are activated by invaders, whereas only 10% of the adult's are. Even more significant was that the activated fetal cells were twice as likely to turn into regulatory T cells than adult ones. Thus, the fetal immune system's response is 140% greater than the adult's—and its purpose is to welcome, rather than destroy.

Previously, it was believed that the fetal immune system simply failed to see threats that the adult immune system sees. In other words, a fetal immune system was thought to be nothing more than an immature adult system. This research documented that, not only does the fetal system function differently, it develops from a different set of stem cells, thus having no relationship to the adult system. It will take more studies to learn when the development of the adult immune system takes place and whether it ever coexists with the fetal immune system.

The lead author, Jeff E. Mold, Postdoctoral Fellow, McCune laboratory, stated:

The adult immune system's typical role is to see something foreign and to respond by attacking and getting rid of it. The fetal system was thought in the past to fail to 'see' those threats, because it didn't respond to them. What we found is that these fetal immune cells are highly prone to 'seeing' something foreign, but instead of attacking it, they allow the fetus to tolerate it.

The authors have noted that their research has implications for vaccinations, among other things. They suspect that it may explain why some babies of HIV-positive mothers are born without the virus and how allergies develop.

A recent report produced by the National Coalition of Organized Women (NCOW) on analysis of the CDC's Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting database documents a significant increase of miscarriages in vaccinated pregnant women. This evidence of harm, coupled with the UCSF research offering a probable explanation, should bring vaccination of pregnant women to a halt.

Obviously, allopathic medicine must immediately ban vaccinations of all pregnant, or potentially pregnant, women. It's blindingly clear that vaccinations cannot have the intended effect on a fetus. The common thinking on the issue is that a fetus is protected by the mother's vaccination. This research demonstrates, though, that the fetus's immune system is simply an immature adult system. Therefore, exactly what happens to a fetus when exposed to a vaccine is unknown—but there is information that indicates it's probably harmful.

Prediction

As we know, modern medicine is known first by its hubris. Second is the unwillingness to acknowledge information that documents flaws in its approach. The history of vaccinations is rife with false claims of efficacy, safety, and repression of information contradicting the claims made for vaccinations. Add to that the fact that vaccinations are a focal point for profits, it's obvious that this research will almost certainly be ignored.

Though it would be delightful to be proven wrong, it's unlikely that Big Pharma—along with the government agencies, sycophants, and doctors they control—will change their approach to vaccinations in pregnant women. They've recently redoubled their efforts to scare pregnant women into getting vaccinations, especially for influenza. In all likelihood, this research will be ignored, unless its implications become well known—in which case, both the research and its authors will be vilified. That is, after all, how modern medicine operates when any of its sacred doctrines is challenged.
